Sure 51 Adh-Dhariyat (The Winnowing Winds), vers 53

1. أَتَوَاصَوْا بِهِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

   Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they (themselves) are a transgressing people.
