Sure 3 Ali 'Imran (Family of Imran), vers 82

فَمَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
3:82
