Sure 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), vers 7

لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
