Sure 30 Ar-Rum (The Romans), vers 3

1. فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ

   In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome.
