Sure 11 Hud, vers 96

1. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ

   And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority
